PROGRESSIVE PROGRAM
Progressive Girls & Boys (Ages 5*-12)
Our Progressive program is designed to teach basic fundamentals while safely learning new skills in a non-competitive atmosphere.
*A child must be 5 years old at the start of a session to register for the Progressive Program OR receive approval from a coach
Events: Tumbling, Bars, Beam, Trampoline, & Vault

Beginner Girls & Boys ( I, II, III, IV)
Our 55 minute Co-Ed class that introduces students to basic and fundamental gymnastics skills. Students are taught skills on each of the four main Olympic events: vault, bars, balance beam, and floor, using USA Gymnastics skill progressions. Students may join this class with little or no gymnastics experience.
Intermediate Girls (I, II, III, IV)
Our 55 minute class is for girls who have built upon the basic skills that were learned in beginners. Students are taught skills on each of the four main Olympic events: vault, bars, balance beam, and floor. Students will be introduced to vaulting progressions and flipping skills.
(You must first be enrolled in a beginner class prior to enrolling in an intermediate class. Coaches approval is required to get into the intermediate. If you are a new student, keep in mind that you must first enroll in a beginner class and have a coach assess you before moving up to a higher level).
Advanced Girls ( I, II, III, IV)
Our 70 minute class is for girls who have achieved proficiency in the beginner/intermediate class. Students will be taught advanced skills on each event: vault, bars, balance beam and floor. The focus is advancing through the USA Gymnastics skill progressions.
(You must first be enrolled in a Beginner/Intermediate class prior to enrolling in an Advanced class. Coaches approval is required to get into the advanced).
Masters Girls ( I, II, III, IV)
Our 70 minute class is for girls who have achieved proficiency in the Advanced class. Students will be challenged with more advanced skill progressions on each event: vault, bars, balance beam and floor. The focus is advancing through the USA Gymnastics skill progressions. Students will continue to work on front and back flipping, etc).
(You must first be enrolled in a Advanced class prior to enrolling in a Masters class. Coaches approval is required to get into the Master program).
Gymnastics for Dancers
Our 55 minute Co-Ed class will introduce dancers to the basic tumbling skills also used in dance routines. This class is for students who have basic acro/tumbling skills and must be a competitive dancer to participate. Students in this class will work on the coordination, strength, agility, and flexibility needed to master tumbling skills. There will be an expectation students will set individual goals for the class and these goals will be shared with the coach at the beginning of each session. Examples of such goals include: cartwheels, round-offs, front and back walkovers, aerials, and more.
Students must be 6 years of age or older at the beginning of the session to enroll in our Gymnastics for Dancers classes.
